Trash cans must be stored out of sight on your property. Please do not leave them in your front yard or on the curb. All trash deposited in backyards must be in trash cans with lids.

All trash placed on the curb for collection the night before pickup MUST be in a container. If trash bag only is placed on the curb, it cannot be put out until the morning of collection to prevent animal scavengers from tearing open the bag and spreading its contents on the ground or sidewalk.

Trash Pickup:  Your quarterly dues cover regular curbside pickup. Our trash contractor, Disposal Services, picks up anything allowed at the county landfill. The exceptions are hazardous materials such as paint, motor oil, construction debris and items too large or heavy for their crews to load; there is a separate charge for tires. Most trash and debris can be left on the curb Mondays or Thursdays.  Recyclables are picked up on Thursdays and can be set out on the curb in the bins provided or other suitable container. (Recyclables are sorted upon removal from the truck). Yard debris should be placed in labeled paper bags (available at grocery stores and hardwares) and put out for pickup on Thursdays.
